Nordic Cycling, in cooperation with the Lithuanian Cycling Federation, is pleased to invite you to the Nordic Cycling Commissaires Seminar held on 16–18 January 2026 in Conti Hotel Vilnius, Lithuania.

The seminar brings together commissaires from all cycling disciplines and includes both joint sessions and discipline-specific workshops (road, MTB, BMX, cyclo-cross and track). Attached you will find the time Schedule.

Preliminary Schedule

  1. Friday, 16 January
    – Arrival & check-in
    – 17:00 Meet & Greet
  2. Saturday, 17 January
    – Morning: Joint topics (UEC/UCI relations, updates, technical matters)
    – Afternoon: Workshops by discipline (road, MTB, BMX, CX, track)
  3. Sunday, 18 January
    – Optional sightseeing in Vilnius

Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided in the same hotel where the seminar takes place.

Indicative price range:
– Single room: approx. 60–70 €/night incl. breakfast
– Double room: approx. 64–75 €/night incl. breakfast

Participation Costs
There is no participation fee.
Each commissaire/national federation covers their own accommodation, meals and travel costs.
