Nordic Championship Gravel 2026, Flauenskjold.

The Nordic Gravel Championships on September 5 in northern Jutland, Denmark, as more than 300 riders from 15 nations gathered in Flauenskjold for the inaugural edition of The Wolf. The event combined the Nordic Championships with a UCI Gravel World Series qualifier and the Danish Cykelgear Gravel Cup.

The race took place on a demanding 54-kilometre circuit around Flauenskjold, Dronninglund Storskov and the Jyske Ås hills. Riders faced a mixture of fast gravel roads, forest tracks and more technical sections, with wet and windy conditions adding another layer of difficulty. One of the early technical sections near Voergaard Castle helped split the field.

In the men's elite race, Andreas Stokbro Nielsen produced the decisive performance of the day and completed the three-lap race in 4:18:56, finishing 50 seconds ahead of fellow Dane Gustav Frederik Dahl. Rasmus Bøgh Wallin completed an all-Danish podium. Also in the women elite was all-Danish podium with a big win for Klara Sofie Skovgård Hansen, Signe Thomsen and Johanne Tøt Jensen third place.
